Terms of service

Last updated 8 September 2026

Who these terms are between

These terms are between you, acting for the organization you represent, and easythings. By requesting a demo, agreeing to a plan, or using a tool easythings has deployed, you accept them.

What easythings provides

easythings builds and configures the infrastructure a tool you have already built needs to run for other people: an address, a sign-in, storage, backups, and a record of every version, inside your own cloud account or in cloud we provision. easythings does not build the tool itself.

Getting started

Access currently starts with a demo request. Once your organization is set up, the people you grant access to can bring tools in and deploy them under your account. You are responsible for keeping that list accurate and for what the people on it do with their access.

Plans and fees

Each plan's limits and price are set out on our Pricing page or in the order you agree to. Fees for paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your tools and your data

What you bring in stays your code, and the data your tool holds stays yours. easythings holds it on your behalf, in your own cloud account or in the region you choose in cloud we provision, and does not use it for anything beyond running the service. Our Privacy policy covers what we collect through this website itself.

Acceptable use

You will not use easythings to:

Availability

We aim to keep deployed tools reachable, but we do not guarantee a specific level of uptime unless your plan includes a contractual SLA. Maintenance, an upstream cloud provider issue, or a tool's own code can all cause downtime outside our control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend a tool that breaches these terms or puts other organizations at risk. If your plan ends, tools stop serving at the end of the term; before that you can export the data people entered, the history of every deploy, and the code itself. Resources already running in your own cloud account stay there and remain yours.

No warranty

easythings is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, beyond what your plan or order specifically promises.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, easythings is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

The law that governs these terms, and where a dispute would be heard, will be confirmed here before the service leaves early access.

Changes

If these terms change we update the date at the top, and we contact anyone with an active plan about changes that affect them.
