easythings exists so that the tools people build with AI can be trusted by everyone who uses them. We hold ourselves to the standard we sell: decisions written down, changes reviewed, and nothing left running without someone who owns it. These four principles are how we work, and what we look for in the people who join us.
How we work
-
On the record
Our own line, every tool on the record, applies to us first. We write decisions down, review changes before they ship, and can always say who did what and why.
-
Fast, with someone in control
We build with AI every day and move quickly because of it. Speed never removes the person who reviews a change and answers for it.
-
Say it plainly
We write for the person who has to use the thing, in the product, in the docs and with each other. If an idea needs jargon to sound good, it is not ready yet.
-
Run it ourselves first
Our own internal tools run on easythings before anyone else's do. Whoever puts something live keeps owning it after it goes live.
Open positions
-
Founding engineer
Build easythings itself: the runtime, sign-in, storage and the record every tool gets, in our cloud and in customers' own accounts. You will work on the product end to end, use AI every day to do it, and keep owning what you ship once it is live.

Founding sales
Find and win the first organizations to run their tools on easythings. You will run demos, learn what teams need before they trust a tool built with AI, and bring that back into the product and the pricing.
